Commitment

We are confidently committed to ensuring we comply with The Occupational Safety and Health Act No. 15 of 2007 of Kenya by enabling safe execution of all work activities, and with all sufficient measures taken to decrease risks to the health, safety and welfare of employees, approved visitors, and anyone else likely to be directly affected by the activities of our company.

Responsibilities

Management:

To the best of their ability will:

• Maintain safe and healthy working conditions.
• Provide and maintain safe company and equipment.
• Provide information, instruction and supervision for employees.
• Ensure all employees are competent to do their tasks, and to give them adequate training.
• Provide adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities.
• Discuss with our clients on matters affecting their health and safety.

Employees:

The employees have an obligation to:

• Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.
• Ensure safe handling and use of substances.
• Wear industrial safety clothing and equipment where necessary.
• Adhere to any instruction given by management in regard to health and safety.
• Report all incidents and accidents immediately.

Purpose

• The chief purpose of our CSR is to inform all individuals; clients, employees, suppliers and the society what we mean by CSR and how we will work towards achieving it. This policy oversees our approach to all our activities.

Impact on Society and Environment

• We will make an effort to recognize how we can most efficiently support the needs of the society and implement suggestions accordingly.
• We will cooperate with the society by establishing environmental strategies and encouraging local environmental initiatives and reporting on environmental issues of public interest.
• We will continue to support, develop and apply waste prevention, reduction, reuse and recycling on-site in an efficient and cost effective way.
• We will use properly regulated waste management companies to guarantee safe management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. So as to achieve our environmental policy aims, we will closely work with our clients and suppliers hoping for full cooperation.

• We strongly believe in order to achieve business success, a creditworthy plan to increasing professional relationships between companies and the societies they serve, whether local or global should be adopted.
• We do not in any way endorse unfair business practices and this is how all our activities are conducted.
